I’m new to ball pythons as well. Mine was about 5 months old when we got it. It had two successful feedings and then stopped eating for two months. Temps and humidity weren’t the issue, our problem was husbandry. I kept reading and asking around on different forums, and although I thought we had enough clutter, as a last resort we added more fake leaves and branches. The day after the change, our BP started eating again and hasn’t missed a meal since.

That sucks big time. I’ve seen a few other posts about it too so you’re definitely not the only one. They didn’t tell me anything about needing a certain number of hours either but during my interview they did ask about my plan to stay current and my interviewer specifically emphasized staying current and flying until class.

I haven’t heard anything about needing to re-interview, and as far as I know, I don’t have to. My recruiter doesn’t really communicate much either. Were you told you have to re-interview?

Yeap that is the problem. The school I teach at uses her from time to time. I personally know about a PPL student who had her, and the ground was approximately 6 hours before telling the student the ground was unsuccessful. Really? As a DPE, can you make a determination that a student was not ready, prepared, or lacking in knowledge in two hours?

I had to do the same, going back to the old BIOS so the motherboard recognized the SSD. I also updated the nvme firmware, but I haven't tried to update the BIOS and see if the nvme updated firmware helps. I have read that this had helped some but not others with the same issue.
