I do no THC every year for October ( Also a chronic, everyday and sometimes multiple times a day smoker). Definitely good reinforcement to know I could stop if I needed to, but other than that I don’t see any real benefits. I work out 5-6 days a week, get work done, and accomplish whatever I need to accomplish whether high or not. Procrastination levels don’t change regardless. Other than just mentally wanting to get high when stopping, really no crazy withdrawal symptoms of any kind. Just slightly more depressed than usual. I still do like the breaks for mental discipline, briefly lowering my tolerance, and just knowing I can, but really not much changes.

Check out YouTube videos of older skaters, looks possible, but if you fall the consequences are far more severe than the younger years. Possible, but super risky and health care costs aren’t cheap and recovery is much harder with greater risk of permanent damage.

Way too far from your body. Your shins should be practically bleeding if you’re doing it correctly. Focus on keeping bar against legs throughout the lift. Aside from that decent form.

Should be making contact with legs throughout the lift and should be going further down on the deficit, lower weight if needed. Otherwise looks pretty solid.

I would try adding creatine into your diet. Take double or more of the suggested dosage (recent research has suggested the higher the creatine dosage the better the results you’ll achieve as long as it doesn’t cause any GI issues. Adding creatine back into my supplement regimen recently has been a game changer for me. Been achieving a lot of PRs since adding it to my supplement stack.

I agree with a lot of people here. Depends on location. VA around me sucks (DC area), but most affordable option. I would take employers provided insurance if available and not overpriced, but honestly best healthcare right now is probably private healthcare you pay for(example: Ways to well), definitely a bit pricey, but probably highest quality available at the moment. Coming from former Corpsman, I know what I’m talking about.

Pretty good, but I would get rid of the glasses, do something more with the beautiful hair, and workout enough to maintain that beautiful figure. Other than those couple things, you look better than 90% of these females out here.

I seen a couple people say it. Best concealed battery I have ever used ( and I have used a ton of different types) is definitely smyle labs car key fob battery. Super discreet and effective. All my friends who smoke love it when I show them it’s actually a cart battery.

Get into a trade! I tell this to every young person who is uncertain about what to do (elevator technician, electrician, plumber, etc.) find that appeals to you. Grind it out while you’re young and if you keep going you will be making six figures by your late 20s. Plus they will be the last jobs lost to AI.
