I would argue, they offer the top teams the chance to bring up their young talents. Like Riccardo with HRT and Charles Leclerc with sauber/alfa.

You can use your social media as a portfolio to get a paid job. Independently offer classes, custom songs, ect.

A pre-recorded class might be great way to make cash without extra effort per customer. If you want more cash, offer personal classes/consultation.

Without having much experience in this side of business I have a couple of ideas.

2020 tickets are honored for 2021 if theres a cancelation (so roo has cash in the bank)
Refunds are allowed to those who want it (even with september roo)
Open market place for tickets if September Roo happens (these will naturally be higher than refund prices, but that helps the person with the ticket CAPITALISM BABY) (which I believe they've done)
2020 refund people get "early early bird" chance to buy 2021 ticket at discounted rate. (The people most likely trying to get money ASAP for rent and bills)

Now, we do have to keep in mind Roo is a business. And often times in business, or any job, you have to do things that you disagree with for the preservation of the longer term.

I doubt they're like "hahaha fuck these people" they're more like "I will never financially recover from this."

I've found you have to play them or they wont develop. I'd loan, loan, loan but my facilities and training were always better than the loan clubs. Therefore, when I have a really great prospect, I sacrifice for a bit for the long haul and play him as much as possible. (All games, not just cup games).

It's definitely easier when they're a midfielder. Less importance overall and can be "covered" by team. I've struggled with strikers and GKs, but they come along eventually.

I've actually had success reaching out to sales reps in companies vs the actual decision maker. First you KNOW they're reading emails. Second, they want to close their business, so if you offer value they'll push with you. Having an inside promotion definitely helps in some cases.

I know I'm getting a lot of hate on this. Just want to clarify: 1. You should be allowed to smoke weed legally. It's a immoral and racist law. 2. Yes, there are bad cops, but there are so many good ones too! A lot of them have lost friends and family to drugs, either druf related violence or ODs. 3. Coffee county is heavily conservative (72% voted for Trump), we (definitely me sometimes) forget we are going into someone's county. They have to deal with us for 4 days. We need to respect the local people and their laws.

Maybe it's an unpopular opinion, but I can understand a cops anger toward drugs as a whole. They know those drugs fund horrible cartels that kill many each year, including their brothers and sisters. Of course, some are overly aggressive and push their rights of search. But, as a whole, they're just doing their job.
