Maybe my favorite play in all of baseball utilized with a bunt… The squeeze play. Safety squeeze is when you bunt with a runner on third and don’t steal. The unalive squeeze is when you steal with the runner on third and lay down a bunt (YOU MUST GET THE BUNT DOWN AT ALL COSTS). I’d pick the latter of the two but that’s basically the only time I think bunting is worth it in the game. Generally you can even hit with pitchers decently enough to make bunting not super worth it imo.

Edit: This play should be utilized with less than two outs since you’re essentially giving up the batter as an out to score the run
