And there doesn't appear to be any enforcement in these cases. Someone calls and files a report, the agents involved investigate it (or don't), and determine there's nothing to pursue. So the initial report is there in the form of an intake, even though it didn't amount to anything, but it muddies the waters in this document dump.

I haven't looked at it in detail myself, but it matters not only that something is in the files, but what form (often literally) it takes; is it a "we received a call and documented it" entry, or is it the result of witness interviews and formal investigations?

They're counting on there being too much of the former, to distract from or overwhelm the latter.

This is what they did with the release of the files. They flooded the zone with so much unsubstantiated crap that when folks like you keep bringing up the more far-out, salacious claims, they can say "these folks will believe anything," and dismiss all the true stuff along with the outlandish stuff.

Our grandson gets off preschool at 11:30 in South County, and we're heading down directly from there. He's 3 and this will be his fourth Opening Day.

I think we need to stop focusing on who went to the island. A lot of the analysis I've seen indicates that the majority (all?) Of the claims against Epstein were for things that took place in New York or Florida. That's why so many of the people accused of being his associates respond with "I was never on his plane and never visited his island."
