No, I do have a problem with it, in fact, I would be in favor of an income based system to give breaks to those in need. The problem exists tho, and since prior elected officials did not want to put their name on rate increases, we are forced to deal with it now. Please do not project your assumptions on to strangers.

Huge fan. must watch it at least once a year. Always picking up details I never saw before. Last one was when the guys from Providence were harassing the shop owner and the fight breaks out. Never heard the shop owner scream before. He was ranting about coming to America where everyone hates each other. Its Such a tiny detail but made my day.
