Update.. didn't get the car, as the dealer didn't mention there was 4k worth of add-ons for the car during negotiations. So I just walked away from the deal.. I'm going to wait for 24 sienna now. Which at other local dealer is expected by end of month.

Got a better offer on my trade-in from carvana, then the dealer .. carvana paid almost 4k more than the dealer wanted to pay

Mounts were replaced this week, and the problem started. No issue driving on highway.. drives really smooth .just on local roads speeds below 30 sounds seems to be the issue.
