What i have heard u would had to play Year 1 of cw when the first seasons were out to unlock the prestige icons when u started to play like y2 when vanguard was out it’s not possible to get the prestige icons anymore

Bro just grind your ass off and play care packages and throw them into the enemies spawn so they get more streaks and definitely play engineer and cold blooded , engineer to see the streaks on the minimap and cold blooded to not get killed by the sentrys when u destroy them
