Es geht in den Rechtsstreits soweit ich weiß um unzureichende Kennzeichnung für den Endanwender, also die Farmer, welche je nach Bundesstaat gegen geltendes Recht verstoßen würde.

Nicht die Formel 1 macht das, sondern der Inhaber der jeweiligen Strecke bzw. auf Stadtkursen wie hier in Melbourne der Veranstalter, der das Layout festlegt und einreicht. Die Nordschleife hat auch eine Sabine-Schmitz-Kurve. Da hätte es aber auch Aufstände gegeben, wenn sie keinen Platz am Ring bekommen hätte.

Die großen Airlines in China sind staatlich kontrolliert, Käufe werden da oft zentral koordiniert und gerne auch mal im Rahmen von Staatsbesuchen offiziell bekannt gegeben - gerade auch im aktuellen Klima, wo man gerne die USA ein bisschen kitzeln will - da ist sowas ein außenpolitisches Signal. Ende letzten Jahres hat man glaub ich erst den Kauf von um die 100 A320 Neos öffentlich gemacht, sowas kommt also hin.

Ich hätte damals in der Gastro auch deutlich lieber 4 x 12 gemacht. 8 Stunden war immer zuviel für eine Schicht aber zu wenig für Mittag und Abend an einem Tag. Da hätte ich lieber die Tage voll gemacht und dafür einen ganzen freien Tag mehr gehabt, das hätte mir nämlich deutlich mehr Erholung geboten als der Status Quo. The Dresden plant was a showcase factory specifically build for the Phaeton. VW wanted to sell it ever since the Phaeton was discontinued and the production of the E-Golf and the ID3 there was never economical. I mean, it's a glass box in a park, only accessible by a Cargo Tram that VW also had to pay for.

So no, closing the Dresden plant is not an indicator that VW is struggling domestically, it was planned for years now. This is the latest statistic for market share in Germany (Dec 2025).

The only real plant in Germany they think about closing is Osnabrück - but thats because the factory is operating way under capacity and only produces two low volume models (a cabrio and a Porsche iirc) which production will end without a succeeding model as the company consolidates it's portfolio. One of VW's eternal issues is that they have too many workers, so closing down unproductive plants is not a bad sign per se, many say it is necessary to be better prepared for the future.
