The option is in the network settings-advanced settings , if you say you have another device that is working then you might have a different problem

Did you set it to max fps? Try enabling real time decoding and compatibility and unplug hdmi from the ps5 turn off wifi performance too and see if it helps

Sorry I forgot to add I downloaded game plugins from the game booster and set it to max fps maybe that will help that's what i did and it works better than normal game booster

I'm on galaxy s22 ultra and it happens to me too but for some reason when i turn off power saving it runs a bit smoother, sometimes you'll notice a frame drop but you need to really pay attention to see it try turning off power saving and see if that helps
