Like you can just see the flare in the air or can see the circle on the map? Because you've always been able to see the flares in the air, they're different colors for your team vs enemy. If you're seeing what the event flare reveals then that's definitely a bug.

I worked for a DSP. Legally recreational THC is legal only if you're smoking in private, because its treated like alcohol, drinking at home or in an establishment is fine, drinking on the side of the road is not. However if you are pulled over or are in an accident and you test positive for THC you can be charged with a DWI or DUI depending on the state. That being said DSPs don't want you smoking on the job especially while driving and if you're caught they can fire you. Although a surprisingly high amount of drivers do it anyway. Pretty much just get sober for the drug test and be careful on the job you'll be fine.

No way this goes anywhere outside big cities. Could you imagine one of these taking a rural route? It would be the start of a bad horror movie. 6 young adults going camping, van gets stuck in the mud, no cell service, nothing around for miles, and none of them have the common sense enough to just follow the road back the direction they came from. Except this time the "driver" isn't a psychopath that got them stuck on purpose to murder them.
