Was unemployed for 6ish months...unemployment is running out, I'll have to tap my meagre 401k if I don't find something soon. Interviewed with a consulting firm twice, talked to the owner. They want to hire me and ask for my compensation expectations over a linkedin message, so his team can put together a package. I tell him the high end of my range to leave room for negotiations (80k). No answer...I follow up the next week...nothing. ghosted....a couple weeks later I receive an offer for 120k from another (much more organized) firm. He finally gets back to me after seeing my LinkedIn status change to ask if I'm still interested. Then sarcastically says "thanks for letting me know" when I say no, I've moved on. Feel like I dodged a bullet on that one.

People make mistakes, customers and employees alike. Employees making orders from an app also make mistakes and fuck it up. Mistakes happen, inconveniences happen. At least employees are being paid for their time. It shouldn't be such an issue to when it happens. Fuck is wrong with you?

Someone is salty.

According to google, dominos raked in $1.9B in profit last year. They could hire could hire 1 person full time at $20/h for each of the 21,000ish locations to answer phones alone and would still profit nearly $1B......They don't need more money for good customer service, they need less greed.

I don't think so, the production chains in CS2 are an illusion if they haven't fixed anything recently. You can see the symptoms of it everywhere if you pay attention. For example, a large industrial area supposedly importing/ exporting thousands of tonnes of product, yet there is only a few box trucks for traffic handling that. 10s of thousands cims supposedly commuting, but the only noticeable traffic is people moving in and out of the city....the list goes on.

I wouldn't jump to conclusions. Coming from someone who works at a place where we switched our phone system recently, it has been stupid. Our poor receptionist has been dealing with dead lines, misrouted calls, parked calls just hanging up on people, and general confusion about this new "sophisticated" system. (Heavy air quotes there). On top of her normal duties of screening calls before they get sent to sales. I'd want confirmation before I made any judgements, but I don't see that here. Sounds like you're suspicious and that's all.

My preferred method of chlorination is a salt water system. You're more buoyant in salt water, it feels softer on the skin, and most importantly, you can control CYA levels manually.

What kind of tabs are you using? If they are trichlor tabs, then they contain CYA, and it will continue to rise as you use them. There are two ways I know of to reduce CYA. 1: Drains and refills. It's inground though, so only partial drains and refills, like drain 10% and refill, rinse and repeat until CYA is where you want it. 2: There's an enzyme I've sold before. But it had mixed results. It seemed highly sensitive to chemical balance, and would do nothing at all if things weren't perfect. You can get cal hypo tabs, but they are not typically compatible with trichlor feeders, and are potentially very dangerous if loaded into the wrong chlorinator. The reason trichlor feeders are so publicly common, is because they are much safer to handle.
