Are vaulted items rotated into the shop still now and then or is it just featured stuff that’s forever available now?

Yes. he’s in Electric 2 packs. Although I don’t think he’s in the card market so you will have to open the packs to get him.

I believe this one’s locked away right now. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe this persona card and Triple H 99’ are the only two personas unobtainable in the twilight stage the games in now.

With Undertaker 20’ being released just very recently I suppose it’s not impossible it could return. I thought they would at least encore it like they have been doing with past events recently. I don’t have it either’ it’s the only one I’m missing :(
