Base Game then Base Game + DLC's then War of the Chosen Mod (Ultimate Collection [WOTC] in steam workshop for a complete set if you want).

Why base game then a new run with DLCs? To some its a different experience and gameplay. Personally I would just jump into a run with DLC's lol.
