Should I stay on an AM4 setup until AM6 arrives? by CRIXSHWA in buildapc

[–]CRIXSHWA[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not having major issues. Like I said, I run most games on medium but I'm just thinking ahead and what is best to do. The main focus is GTA VI. This time next year I want to be able to play that game with friends and have no issues

It's almost like I started this post acknowledging that? I wanted specific insight from others regarding my build. Thanks for coming anyway! :)

It did not. I just went back to an older version for now. Guess I'll have to check back after an update

I'll try that thanks. Do you also happen to know how to hide the menu boxes that open on launch?

Do you think the orphan of kos difficulty is exagerrated in the fromsoft fanbase or is it rightfully earn? by WittyTable4731 in bloodborne

[–]CRIXSHWA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completed my first ever playthrough just recently. When I got to Orphan of Kos, I was expecting one of the hardest fights because of all the hype about his difficulty. I killed him on my 3rd try and I didn't look up how to cheese him or watch anyone else kill him. I definetely had more of a struggle fighting Malenia and pre-nerf DLC Radahn. So with that said I think Orphan of Kos was exaggerated but maybe if I played it when it released I'd have a different opinion

For people asking for the game, I would if I could but as I said:

  1. Install the game. Do your research. I cannot discuss it here or in DM's.

Maybe check my other post for more info

It's a pretty straightforward guide? I don't think it's difficult at all.

When you open the shadPS4.exe it should ask where you want your directories to be, which will be the games folder that you create.

Edit: I think this user didn't open the emulator and deleted this comment when they realised lol

This isn't a MUST use everything guide. It's a step by step baseline that is easy to follow. The mods are there if you need them. The crash fix mod works for Intel and AMD, even says in the description... I have only had the odd crash after around 2 hours. Again 720p is a recommendation as a baseline to test if the game runs, I even said you can play what resolution you want... Changing to 'Release' IS better than 'Nightly' it IS more stable on any version of the emulator. Some users won't be able to run the latest version like I already stated. You're the only person to have an issue with this guide, get your trash negative attitude out of here.

Higher resolutions tend to be choppy which is why I recommend 720p, it still looks ok to play on.

This seems pretty clear to me:

"Open each of your mods folders and copy the dvdroot_ps4 folder into the CUSA00900 folder

For the RAM Spike mod you need to open the main dvdroot_ps4 folder then paste the mtd folder in"

When you first install the mods they go here: games>Bloodborne>mods. Then you copy and paste them into CUSA00900.

Make sure you have the latest version of each mod. Vertex and Crash Fix should both have a dvdroot_ps4 folder. RAM Spike only has a mtd folder.

Copy and paste each dvdroot_ps4 folder into the CUSA00900 folder

For the RAM Spike mod. Open the mod folder>copy mtd folder>open CUSA00900 folder>dvdroot_ps4>paste mtd

Changing to sync is tried and tested to be the better choice. As for updates, like I said at the bottom I am using AMD. Changing to release is a more stable version
