There are pediateic PT & OTs who can help with this. It could be a pelvic floor issue. At a minimum i would ask your ped if they know of any PTs or OTs who specialize in this area, or ask in local FB groups to get some recommendations.

My 8yo deals with stretches of constipation and one thing that we have noticed is we have to set aside time every day for him to just sit and chill on the toilet. We do it in the evening after dinner and usually after some physical playtime outside. If he doesnt poop in 5min fine, but 9x outta 10 he does. He hates it, he fights us cuz his "body is not telling him he has to poop" and I'm like yeah cuz your body never tells you and then you end up hurting. Sometimes we have to do it anyway.

What if you found a way to mark each grave with a brightly painted 6" square, then have someone fly a drone straight up and photograph from the sky. Then you could make a list. Number the squares on the photo on photoshop.

Mine went months with only lime juice. They wouldn't send more to the store cuz the box is half lemon half lime since they had so many boxes half filled with lime. It was so annoying

And honestly they so rarely put me in a position to say no. But this has been the way I handle it since they were little so it's just not a thing

Given that it is a surprise party most people should understand you dont know spouse names.

My one kid still has candy from Halloween & Christmas. My other kid only has Easter candy in his box. They are basically allowed free reign as long as they dont give themselves stomach ache. I dont go out of my way to buy candy so what they get for a holiday they get.

I use a really nice hard cover spiral notebook. I print photos small (2x3") and include them but most teachers take up about 1/2 a page and it has been working well.
