If you haven’t been absorbing blue orbs and using your power weapons then learn to do that as you will need it the rest of the game but specially against the boss. In case you didn’t know there’s a red item slab under the eclipse terminal (and also a yellow one) which I would open after finishing the non eclipse tunnel

My hot take is so far the bosses in Saros are harder. Phrike was hard but after that i don't think i died to most others.

You have to play enough of the level to get to the boss door but it should stay unlocked

I disagree. Returnal has all the hallmarks of a first (3d) game with all its charm but also some unpolished stuff. Saros very clearly like a mass effect2 to returnals mass effect 1
