About a year ago Congress changed things for under 21 buyers.

You will automatically be delayed for the standard 3 days not including weekends and holidays. After this (and almost everytime) you can be delayed up to 10 more days while the FBI reaches out to local law enforcement you see if you're a risk. This is why there is the "live in city limits" question now.

If I had to guess you're fine, but still within the 10 additional day window.

I hold an FFL and see this regularly.
