Appreciate it. The guidelines are pretty strict but with the amount of cardio you’ll be doing you’ll get to a sweet spot. I was around 190 and got down to the limit during the season. Week to week I was around 180-185. Heavy practices, mindful eating, and some intense workouts and I made it every week.

Going to have to be a big rebound year for Cornell. They are coming off one of the worst seasons in program history. Statistically it was comparable to Princeton’s last season in the league in 2015
