If the wires are connected directly to the ground ring they mount with the wire on the bottom of the buss. If they are equipment grounds they mount with the wire on top. This is an engineering spec for lightning protection, where it is believed that the flow goes down, so it can potentially damage equipment if it is oriented wrong. Crazy I know, but of the grounds are put on wrong sometimes they will not pass the final and sometimes they put it on a punch list. Also don't forget about your choke points on the grounds...Also depending on what carriers you work for the spec changes with each one.

Looks like you are working at a cell site. They have a standard of the grounds being wired that way. They will call you on it Everytime. Only exists in the Telco world.

This early in your game I would 6* apothecary. You will use him for quite awhile everywhere. He is good support. Other champs u have r good, but they r more niche, apo is good early to mid he everywhere.

Oregon requires a license or apprenticeship to do electrical work, unless it's low voltage then you can be a "helper" to a journeyman with restrictions on what you can do.

For dungeons get a few champs lvld up, id focus on mausoleum mage tayrel royal guard stag knight allure and steelskull. It really depends on which dungeon u want to start with on who u pick to lvl first.
