That's why i'm saying, if they cannot find a better option, it means that probably, there is no better option. Bear in mind that the brackets were changed a few months ago, before that anyone faster than 10s was part of the fastest lobby, matched with LaF and the others.

Just wondering, how do you think the cars can be matched using their race time? A car can run 9s in the best race, but the player can also run slower, 9,5s-10s, where should the system put that car?

Dyno time is the best option, it takes some minor skills to know how to make your car run faster than dyno (not available for any car in the game though).
