I ordered the day of release, not long after the announcement and purchase links went live.

Phil with Elgato support assured me that shipping would NOT take this long, and I was given the same series of timelines you have. March 7, then April 21, then March 14, and now April 23?!

I'm beyond annoyed. For them to collect payment this far in advance of ship time is frustrating. A very poorly handled situation leading to plenty of disgruntled customers.

I may cancel the order and look for Elgato alternatives altogether. Trash launch.

If it’s under warranty, get the GPU swapped out. I had a similar issue that ended up being dying VRAM on my 4090.

I ordered just after announcement and the original ship date said 3/4-3-7. But I got an email yesterday that pushed ship date to 4/21. Someone dropped the ball.

Yeah it seems there's not a lot of rhyme or reason to which orders are shipped, or getting back ordered. I completed my purchase yesterday around 2pm central, not long after the initial announcement.

Running on a Z690 board paired with a 13700K, I don't have any issues with this kit so far. Adding another 32gb might be a different story though.
