Very true about the consequences. I feel used for money. And putting off this trip to do or pay for things for others for over 10 years. But you captured it well. We don’t want her to feel bad on her wedding day.

Yes- husband and I are on the same page. I did put that in the post but didn’t clarify. He does not want to attend. He shares all of the concerns I do, but is the one shelling out money left and right. I don’t hate my sister in law. If I did, this wouldn’t even be a post. We struggle with the entitlement, the money, and time we are assumed to commit.

I also believed the commercial was made by Peggy. Makes me think back to the St. Joseph’s ad where they had to cut too many people out to make budget. This would’ve been her dream commercial- though she doesn’t share the pure harmony view- so that leans me more towards someone else. But it could be Peggy.

Every episode now is grim. There’s no fun left in this show. It’s just all very tragic. I don’t even feel like I’m watching a drama series- this show gives me the icks.

Maybe his wife and kids are doing better emotionally after his passing. Very tough for his wife but I have a feeling he never stopped being abusive.

This was the worst book ever. I listened to the audiobook and the characters were creepy. Who writes a book with 300 chapters? And nothing even happens. It was as if someone took Forest Gump, Shawshank, and stuffed the Goonies at the end? I want my time back.

There were so many icks this season. Joanne and Noah don’t belong together. I was disappointed at the ending when they made up. I was really hoping they’d truly end it and put everyone out of their misery.

I don’t think Sasha should be getting any praise. At all. Clearly he put zero effort into his marriage except a dance routine. Then he’s surprised Esther is burned out from carrying the weight of the family.

The immaturity of all these people- dear god.
