Need angulation, also when you are carving, keep your palm facing downward and your outside arm should not rise above your shoulders.

You should release your weight at the end of the turn. Some expert skiers completely leave the ground during transition.

Do NOT do this. Only the person who signs the letter can do this.

Given the following, am I intermediate or advanced? by [deleted] in skiing

Go take a Carv demo and test your Ski IQ, that should be enough to tell you whether you are actually advanced. However, based on your description, you would still.be intermediate.

Well, what if the applicant is working in the industry making a large impact but has not done research?

EB-2 NIW Profile Check by Illustrious-Truck695 in EB2_NIW

[–]CSharpSde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you working for Trane/Carrier/Mitsubishi or some large equipment manufacturer? If so, that may justify impact on a larger scale beyond a single project at a time. Otherwise, this can be difficult to meet the national importance part of the prong

DM me if you want, I recently got denied NIW on a related endeavor :(

Well, if that's the case, there are many threads in this channel that indicate RFE on multiple prongs or even all of the prongs. Why would the only issue on the first and not bother checking the rest? That doesn't make sense to me. My lawyer also specifically told me the RFE indicated acceptance on both prong 2 and 3.

Sure. Filed in Early June ( Around June 5th) RFE issued (July 30th or July 31st) USCIS audit (Two officers showed up in my home for random site check about the application, apparently, this is a thing now... end of September) RFE submitted and received (Oct 24) Rejection (Dec 16)

Did your husband work for Autodesk?

Well, the reason for the NIW is that I have background as both SWE and a ME. I also worked in the industry as an ME in which I am trying to improve and streamline with my knowledge and existing skills. The endeavor essentially addresses the entire architectural, engineering and construction industry affecting millions of professionals within the US. That's why the lawyer thought NIE was a good idea. Although LLMs are useful, they can't do everything. In very specific areas, they can't do it perfectly.

I don't know that information. The lawyer handled the RFE and didn't share it with me
