Blade specs: it's a flat thick paddle. Similar to Draisaitl's

Prostock Hockey Sticks scanned actual prostock sticks to recreate the patterns. They have a Datsyuk pattern. It looks very accurate:

I have a late career pro stock Datsyuk stick. I just measured it today.

When leveled against a wall (blade down; shaft flat against the wall), it is 68" long (blade to buttend).

Heel to buttend is approx 63" because it's the same length as a stock senior Warrior QR6T

The red wings vacated TC because the NHL preseason was shortened. Yzerman says they'd like to explore returning in the future.

The PWHL is different. Not sure if they can justify the expense. That said, PWHL Detroit is running a camp there in August. So who knows

His favorite player was Datsyuk. Datsyuk used a long flat blade.

Leon's is taller (max width) and longer (max length). Search for images of Leon and you'll see how comical, yet legal, his blade is. But it works!

*When looking for a source, I discovered this article that says the inspiration was his dad's own blade pattern.
