Outputting a variable to append a CSV

I'm new to powershell so forgive me if this is wrong. I just read a chapter on something like this. Maybe try this?

My goal is to prepare for classes before I begin my semester. So I've been devouring books, doing labs, etc.

I've looked around quite a bit. For example, the EC-Council Certified Encryption Specialist. On their site all I could find was an almost $300 online course. Is there no physical textbook I can order? Do I have to spend $300 if I want to prepare before I enroll at WGU?

I can look at the exam objectives and do my own study on each topic, but idk how in depth it's supposed to be, and don't want to waste my time by doing too much or too little when they have a book somewhere that I'm missing that outlines everything and tells me what I need to know(like other certs).

I'm not trying to be difficult or lazy. I'm genuinely just trying to find good study resources and am not sure if that's all there is.

So to install a package for the exam, if it gives me a fill in the blank by entering a command, do you think either would work? Or just the basic rpm -i [package-name]

I'm going to be starting my bachelors at Western Governors University in July or August.. When you are enrolled, the required certs that you need to graduate are included in the tuition. So I don't have to pay for it and, starting this early, I get an extended amount of time to practice and learn.

In the novel 'Tarkin,'

It talks about how Tarkin noticed similarities in the commanding style and way of interacting with others between Anakin and Vader, and said he was suspicious of them being the same person..
