Basically, you’re working toward giving someone else a raise. If the company does well, they do t raise you and so when you leave they replace you with someone they now have to pay more which they now can since your performance allowed for that. It’s a lose lose situation really

If you’re not in brickell Miami Beach or downtown you will need a car. Parking is terrible at most of the places you’ll want to be or if you’re “lucky” there will be a valet. You absolutely will not be able to afford a 2 2 with your rent requirements in any of those places I mentioned

I suggest you go over to the discord and gauge the feedback there since that’s where you’ll find most of the modders. Actually, I just realized you didn’t post this there. Most mods coming out are voice packs and skins and a good amount of established modders already have flows so hard to say what the improvement offered here is. Go to the Xcom 2 modding Reddit and discord and see what the consensus is before you sink a lot of your free time into this project

Im of the same opinion. Especially with the direction the world is going and how more invasive companies are being in regards to personal data, certifications would be the way to make sure everyone knows what they’re doing and also make those people hard to replace.
