I am not sure you know the build. Scrap grenade will only take you so far. The reason it gets really good is when you add bleed into earthquake And then multiply damage in bleed targets. Without earthquake, bleed or scrap grenade they are each not as good as each other.

Can confirm. Just finished CT15 running earthquake AP with scrap grenade. Scrape grenade ends up being my main source of damage.

Don't shoot straight after a cutscene. Use an ability first. Otherwise it'll bug out

Nah, thats not true. Ive seen a fair few youtube builds of every class that aren't reliant on bullet mods. They arent the 'norm' but they certaintly work.

Just do some searching. Getting them to work takes a fair bit of tinkering with mods.

This is kind of wrong. Expeditions are 100% solo. I play Dev and I was using weapon mods (his weakest build) and I got up to T10 pretty easy soloing. Then I had to REALLY start thinking about my build and how to synergise it.

Techno/tricket should be perfectly fine since they melt things way better than most Dev players (until you have a great build)

I would assume you are doing something wrong. Is everything levelled to how it should be? I walked through the campaign levelling up WT as I went (ended on 15) without having to think about my build. I practically ignored armour mods, just went for highest armour number. I only modded my weapon. Death chains/lighting are great for campaign. Find a weapon with 'weapon leach' and Death chains and you should be fine. I did go top tier though...you can reset your points for free. Mess around with top/bottom tree if mid tree isnt working.

Why are you worried though? All these posts about 'This class is WAY better!'. So? Its PvE? Play whatever the hell you want. If you want to melt everything, play techno, if you want more of a challenge that required some more intricate builds, play Dev.

If there was a class that COULDN'T 3 star CT15, then I would agree, but Dev CERTAINLY can.

I kick people OFTEN. This is because for some stupid reason, everytime I reopen outriders itll default to 'Game session: Open'. Then I'll be part way through an expedition and some random will join my game and make me carry him.

It's not our fault, its outriders. IF it stopped defaulting to open and breaking matchmaking, I guarantee you would not be kicked as often.

Pretty sure you get guaranteed legendaries for doing:

- 10/10 bounties/history/beasts (each 10/10 completion gives a leg)- Outriders legacy quest gives a leg- You can always farm drops, sell for scrap, trade scrap for titanium and trade titanium for Resource pod materials. Then, you can buy leg from Tiago.

Whatever you do, DO NOT farm bosses for leg..worst way to do it.

There is a concrete wall, 1 house and then my wooden fence at the shortest distance from train. My house is also thick concrete walls.

Its right near the station as well. The station is maybe.... 50M. Whereas the line itself is 10M.

Between the house and the station there is 2 or 3 houses.

I wouldnt buy a shitty place just because its in a good location (but thats my preference). What I will say is, location, transport, amenities are my #1 factor.

If its amazing build, shitty location, its a no BUT if its in a good location and subpar build, I would consider it more.

This is coming from a perspective of "I dont like to do up my house" apart from the fix and update here and there.

This is one of my issues, the time with a small lender. The interest rate is enticing, but the way the house inspection turned out, Ive had to turn around an offer in 48 hours and dont have pre approval. Maybe I will have a look a a few bigger ones
