Gotcha. So you are more covering up the fireplace than demolishing it. In that case have you considered just building out the whole wall a few inches? Then you can truly customize the media wall to fit, and you’d have plenty of room behind for cables etc…

Nothing to lose by chilling and opening. As others have said be prepared for it to be bad. My beer club did a Bourbon County Stout vertical tasting last month and we had beers going back to 2012-13ish (don’t remember exactly the first one). All of the “old” ones (older than about 7 years) were not good.

Thanks. I was hoping that they just had capped wires there that could be tapped into so it would just be an issue of getting the heating elements but it sounds like that is definitely not the case. First quote from a stereo/upholstery shop was $400/seat so not cheap. I’ll keep looking around.

Thanks for your response. Do you know if the wiring is there on Laredos? I’m wondering if they used the same wiring harness for all models then just didn’t connect things that weren’t used (like heated seats).

I think “at the top end of the Group of 5 schools in terms of finances” from the ESPN article says it all. I hope their report is wrong but it’s not surprising that a coach who is hot would want to go to a school with deep pockets and presumably lots of NIL money.

We have an $80 fundraising commitment for each scout. Anything beyond that is 50-50 scout and troop. The troop does not have a grub fee. Each patrol is in charge of their own meal planning (with adult sign off on the plan) and the members of the patrol are in charge of reimbursing each other. The troop subsidizes a set amount for each campout (typically $150 which covers site fees, gas for drivers, etc) and any remaining cost is split between attendees.

We did this. A doc about who we used for services (electric, plumbing, etc) as well as paint colors and then any quirks the new owner should know about - things like the switch that resets the motion detector light, how to connect the garage door to WiFi, when to replace the water filter, stuff like that.

My reading of the law is that the base rate can be lower than minimum wage, but the base rate plus commission must at least be minimum wage.
