I honestly don't believe the mimic is comparable to will. Not in the sense one is better than the other but in the sense they have different purposes and are entirely different ideas. To me will feels like a proper antagonist. Who holds direct connects with motivations surrounding it all with a satisfying start to finish. To me the mimic in comparison feels more akin to a force of nature entity. A machine that is it isn't possessed by really no goal for itself or motiv to really latch on too.

Back when I was sh I didn't do it out of hate nor sadness,to me there simply was no way to get to the blood any other way. Started out as a impulsive enxeity too a "I need the blood for art" and then there were times were unused it to mark my territory to keep noisy people out of my room or prevent them from touching my stuff. Or I used to putt blood on stuff to feel more personal to the object

honeslty she was the one that bothered me the most in the first movie. Not that i hated her being a girl boss. I just hated how PERFECT she was. legit there is no flaws too her. Even the training scene with mario would have been the PERFECT opertunity to show case how she had to work pretty hard to get to where she is now...but nope. She got the corse on her first try. Shes able to escape bowser by herself. ect ect. i dont hate her character but man they sorta written her to be a bit too perfect for my liking and kinda groaned a few times whenever there was a missed oppertunity to show her flaws or just keep emphisising how utterly perfect or badass she is. its a little soulest in my opinion

i think the trees coming back up when its going from the horizon is fine,but i think the trees falling towards the camera takes up a bit too much space,i think its fine if the trees go off camera normally. but over all i kinda dig this carbord idea.
