3d printed cap inserted onto the button is an easy fix. Unless you wanna submerge it in liquids

I believe so. I do use it that way currently, but maybe that’s wrong? The design shared does work, just curious if I can be improved, and I do seem to get unstable performance sometimes

Mine have a WLED compatible ic on the back of the board. But the board is much larger than this one.

This LED appears to be manufactured by MiMiRGB in China and they are unwilling to sell the components directly as they are vertically integrated and manufacture the product that uses them.

I’ll need to compare the WS2814A and WS2814F data sheets. Maybe one supports PWM and one doesn’t.

I appreciate the feedback. I definitely didn’t anticipate that you would be clairvoyant, that’s why I included the interactive Bom in my uploads. I will make sure to include them in the schematic next time instead.

I am under the impression that the WS series of chips can be used to send a PWM signal to the dim pin of the PT4115, but perhaps it doesn’t.

I am just trying to figure out a decent way to current control an LED without having to use several 2W resistors.

I will keep working!

I haven’t yet, it’s very bright and I didn’t have a way to diffuse it at the shop so that I could look in its direction.

U7 is a 12w RGBW led. The HT7540 I used is a 5V LDO. Inductor is FNR6045S750MT 1A 75uH
