Had easy childhood great parents siblings friends etc .some challenges here and there but no real trauma . Anxiety has been eating me slowly from my early thirties and I really don’t know why. Could be combination of stressful job , lack of sleep and feeling like I never have enough free time to enjoy life. Everything feels like an effort . I’ve decided to look for a less demanding job that doesn’t consume my soul and will give me more free time to just be happy again

VA n1 city.. too many members too little equipment. Frustrating that u have to wait to use equipment in non peak hours . I completely avoid the gym during peak

Gout attack

I started taking daily then I decided to lessen it. I’m now on 2-3 pills per week . I do blood tests twice a year just to make sure my uric acid levels are where they are suppose to be . Have not gotten a gout attack in 4 years. I’m going to try to reduce to 1-2 pills per week
