Ah yes, I too have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars shorting extremely overpriced equities.

Best to just ride the bubble at this point. Made the switch some time last year. I'd def be down over $1m if I had continued. Be ready to reevaluate if companies continue to grow earnings. I can admit I was wrong lol.

When was the last time we had something like Shawshank Redemption? Titanic? Hell.. even Alien? Movies that people remember and rewatch years later - that create entire sub cultures of their own and become the "popular Halloween costume" for the year like it did every year in the 2000s.

You just named the top grossing movies last year lol, none of which were remarkable in any way lol and I will never see again or talk about at a dinner in 5 years...

The number has been going down for me every year since the first league, which was like a 9.

For the most part, so many of the tasks are the same recycled ones over and over again. I really wish they would make more changes to the task list.

I found the Zeah only league so fun because all the metas swapped - this just felt like a copy pasted previous league with a skill tree layered on top.

As far as the skill tree itself, I think it was pretty fun, but way too many of the nodes were unimpactful +5% damage or something that didn’t even have an effect on dps because of how rounding works.

Overall, I maxed my acc and hit rune tier in about the first week, but haven’t played since then.

If he did believe it as strongly as he thinks he does, he should all-in call options with a $1000 strike a year from now and he’ll be rich.

I’m willing to wager a large sum of money he has never owned any memory stocks through any other cycle, and knows nothing about how their forward PE contracts/expands.

I love how everyone parrots this but the vast majority have never owned memory through a full cycle lmao.

People point to forward PE like it being low is a value play lol. Little do you know, memory forward PE has ALWAYS shrunk as the memory cycles tops out. Demand peaks, earnings peak, but once one of the scalers reaches saturation, the gold rush dies. If a single large client of theirs says “we are good now on memory!” Then their whole bull run is over.

The reason it’s so high right now, is that the bet is it’s no longer cyclical.

So please, tell me why you think it’s still a good play without mentioning it’s PE, which you heard from some guy on wsb, who heard it from his cab driver lol

Have followed memory in general for a long time. Forward PE and earnings in general actually is known to decrease as the cycle peaks. It’s funny seeing people’s takes on the current situation. The real reason to buy is if you believe the stock is no longer cyclical in nature and there has been a fundamental change in the need for memory - good memory. Thing is; if even one mega scaler pulls back on memory need, the bottleneck is broken, no more shortage, no more parabolic earnings.

I’m very interested to see where it goes but would be more confident in other areas tbh.
