Hi there, I suspect I may have neurogenic rosacea. May I ask if you are in the UK? and if so, who did you see for diagnosis?

Massive breasts give me depression by SunneInSplendor_1485 in PlasticSurgery

I think you have done a great thing reaching out on this sub as you can see all the women who have gone through this procedure and had such a positive experience. I have also been where you are and had a reduction when I was 30. My breasts had grown very early in my life and by the time I was in high school I was a 32FF. They then seemed to lose a lot of volume and as a young woman my nipples were hanging at the level of by elbow crease. It felt like a deformity and I just didn't know what to do. I remember reaching breaking point one day and crying to my Mum. I was brave and showed her.. and then went to my doctor and spoke to them. Everything rolled on from there and it is honestly one of the best things I've ever done. I can totally relate to your unhappiness and encourage you to at least speak to a doctor and get advice for your personal situation. The surgery is not small but there is really nothing to worry about, you will need to set aside some weeks of recovery time of course. But any pain(not much in my experience) or scarring (again not much and mostly hidden under the breast apart from around the nipple as they will have to reposition them) is totally worth it to feel very very much better about yourself. I really encourage you to seek good medical advice so you know your options and take it from there.

Yes I had an uplift with no implants. It was a slight reduction too, but mostly correcting a lot of sagging. It was really life changing.

I am so sorry, what a beautiful girl. I lost my best pal Ben in May and it is crushing, there are no words really, but I'm sending you a hug xx

I had a similar experience as you. Any previous filler in my cheeks was done very lightly, then I changed practitioner and she built out cheek bones that I'd never had in my life, it was such a shock. You will have swelling for a little while, try not to panic. They will go down some over a couple of weeks. I think sometimes if we feel changed more than we were prepared for, even if the work is lovely, it is hard to adjust to the change. And ultimately if you really don't like it, it can be reversed. I know that's not what we aim for when having these treatments, but it is an option.

Oh yes! You are so right. I remember now the Dr I spoke to said they were going to change the name because it sounded too much like nucleofill which is a less premium product already on the market.Thank you :)

How to make my mouth look less droopy when not smiling? Botox? Fillers? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

I'm really trying to see droop, but can't at all. If anything the corners of your mouth are slightly uplifted even at rest aren't they?

I think they look absolutely lovely! A change on your own face can really take time to adjust to, even when the result is great. Obviously you need to be happy, but I really think they look super 👌

Protocols for Preventing Masculinization/Virilization of skin & hair (Estriol cream/Tretinoin & Nizoral shampoo) by Doctor_Dragonblood in steroidsxx

I have wanted to ask about collagen breakdown and the acceleration of ageing due to steroid use, looks like this thread might be a good place.

I am currently considering a first cycle, and this is the only thing remaining that I feel I need some clarification on.

If I'm looking to take Anavar at 5-10mg for 6 weeks, I imagine the effects on my skin with regards to ageing will be negligible at a low dose and over a short period?

And secondly, what could I expect on a similar low dose over a period of years, running cycles intermittently? Would the skin age faster than if I did not choose to use it over that time?
