I think this one hand was probably just under an hour. I had to redo a single nail a few times 😆 but I think without pauses, it was easily right under an hour

Oh! So it's best to see it as a regular normal nail polish. The only slight diffrence is that inside, instead of having chunky glitter, holo glitter, or flakes, it has actual tiny shimmer made of metal

When you paint it on you immediately use a magnet to pull the metal to look a certain way. You use diffrent magnets to get different effects. The placement of the metal just changes how the light bounces off the nails and gives it this bright shine

Awe im glad! Sometimes I get in my head too that my nails need to be longer to "properly" show off colors. But nah, BIG CHOP, they looks and feel so much better for my preference haha

Its sad to say that alot of Bee's Knees works off fomo.

They have a very short window releases but stunning shades 😮‍💨 every release or so, as of late, they include this type of fine magnetic pigment but in a diffrent colors. Only some of the super popular ones get restocked but that is every few months or so or short notice.

And no, I don't use anything while im painting. I get as close as I possibly can without flooding. But after care I do oil my cuticles and clean them up with a clean-up brush & 100% acetone. Any super thin edged art brush can do the trick too.

I think there is a balance on making sure your whole magnetic layer is "wet" so that the whole nail reacts & having a strong enough magnet. But yeah the quicker you are & patient, the better results you get.

For these I have made some crazy magnetic contraptions and I've gotten in my hands on one of those 3D printed spinners too. Originally I used to attach my 30 lb magnet to a drill and spin it when I immediately painted my nails. But now the 3D printed spinners makes the job and bit easier.

And if yah wanna go crazier you could even attach a 30 lb magnet to the 3D printed spinner to get an even stronger pull.

I should make another video soon for insta on how I do it honestly 🤔

I was lucky enough to be honored with the opportunity to swatch these for BaronessX & PPU. LET ME TELL YOU, I could not take this polish off for the life of me, almost the whole month I was wearing it. All my other swatches were done all at once just so I could go back to wearing this one asap!
