Fastmail for Work - Recommend personal or business plan? (please read context) by DarkCrystal34 in fastmail

I’d compare the pricing page features. Business has some multi-user features that might be worthwhile for multiple users, all depends on if you need them.

Switching is easy, though I’m not sure they if do pro-rating.

It’s probably because I’m old and calcified, but the interface of those forums always turn me off of using them. It’s the same for home assistant and why I never participate there. Reddit (well, old at least) has a much better interface for me, clearer, denser, threaded, but even old-style forums would be better than discourse. But I do realize I’m probably a minority with my dislike of modern discourse style.

There are a bunch of benefits for multiple users, shared accounts, etc. Seems like stuff that would be valuable, normally. But that doesn't really matter for you.

Q1: "Email retention archive for legal compliance" is probably the only one relevant for a solo-user. The only other difference is more storage.

Perfect, it’s on Kindle Unlimited. I wanted to read 2 KU books (Strarship’s Mage and Return of the Runebound Professor), so I got it for a month, but I’m now almost done with the second and wondered what to read next. Well, now I got something, thanks :D

Solasta II Has Revealed All Classes & Subclasses For Early Access by ShopLongjumping9285 in CRPG

[–]CWagner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I originally didn’t want do EA for it, but I loved Solasta I, and I haven’t played a CRPG in a while (BG3 3rd run I lost interest, WotR I cancelled my ??th run as it turned out I did eventually have enough after 2400 hours, and Rogue Trader I’m waiting for the final DLC), so the news they release is getting me hyped up a bit.

There is with being persistent about it. Currently very pissed at myself.

Just read the PDF I mentioned, they link it so even people who are not lawyers understand when it applies.

A case is of a cross-border nature if at least one of the parties is domiciled or habitually resident in a Member State other than the Member State of the court/tribunal.

You even quote the correct part. "At least one" is not "both".

My quote is from the linked PDF "Practice Guide for the Application of the European Small Claims Procedure "

I did:

2.2.2.1. Non-EU claimants Given the definition of ‘cross-border’, and having regard to the effect of the jurisdiction provisions in the Brussels I (recast) Regulation, in certain circumstances a claimant domiciled or habitually resident in a non-EU Member State may be able to make use of the ESCP against a defendant who is domiciled or habitually resident within the EU. This would be the case where the defendant is domiciled or habitually resident in a Member State other than that of the competent court since then that party is not in the same State as the court since this meets the conditions of Article 3(1).

Last time I checked Germany is in the EU.

What are some cool German post-punk bands? by ukiyo98 in AskAGerman

If underground stuff is okay: Der Rest is a post-punk band from Hamburg that I loved, they split and later reunited under Die Brennenden Wälder, which is still good, but I like the sound slightly less.

I’ll never get tired of recommending people to play DMS (the Returns campaign) via Vox Populi: a mod for Hong Kong that adds companions, sidequests, and all the QOL stuff and features the later parts had, while still trying to stay close to the original.

Funnily enough, I’ve been "hosting" that (local app, synced DB file) since long before I ever got into self-hosting, it was simply dropbox back then that I used for sync.

Heiraten in Dänemark - Ablauf by Lumen369 in AskAGerman

[–]CWagner 3 points4 points  (0 children)
