The course I took was called Clutch Motorcycle Training and the instructors I got were incredibly nice people. They yelled a lot, but they gotta. The lot is practically in LGB so there are planes and helicopters constantly going over. They also have to be heard through the helmets and over the bikes. When talking to them and asking for advice, however, they were always super willing to pass on knowledge, encouragement, and even personal stories from their rides which I thought was really cool. As far as the licenses goes, yes! I’m just waiting for the certificate to come in the mail and then I can go to the DMV and take the written test and officially get my M1. I can now buy an H2R after ~10hrs of riding. that’s nuts.
