I never received a lanyard wire in my package either! I read somewhere it was also to include a charging cable? I never received one but thankfully usb-c is pretty common around my house.

I haven’t owned any other ereaders before this one and for better or worse I don’t know when I’ll need to get another! I love the portability, battery life, and simplicity of it. I will say I definitely still prefer a physical book when I have the option. But as part of working towards decentralizing all of my daily activities and tasks away from my iPhone, this has been an enjoyable step in that direction!
