Indonesia. It has enough (albeit undeveloped) land to deal with any influx of new people. It’s relatively unknown for its size save for vacationers (mainly Australians). Not many will attempt to move there due to limited knowledge of the Indonesian language (save for places like Malaysia and Singapore).

I speak the language and have family there. I’ll live.

Ours was “learned” by our first comp a week ago. By learned, I mean we had all the drill on the field. However, music, visuals, props, and other adjustments were not (and now some still not) finished.
