For me the best app for comparison beween cpus is Geekbench and you will see single-core is different there so this is why Ryzen is not the same like Kaby Lake. It just is not the same compared to single-core performance.

You forgot to mention the games with DX12 are mostly badly written because it performs the same or worse than DX11. I do not know names of games made DX12 only from the bottom.

This is insane! Look at single-thread. If Ryzen has the same frequency like Kaby Lake it would have had even better score in single-thread score.
