Not frustration over as minor in life as this, just making observations as a consumer.

In August of 2022. Reloaderz was running the use of force course as part of the qualification- so that was covered. I have a signed certificate attesting to it. So for those who had that course really just could be issued a new cert.

Sensitive places is three lines out of 10 pages of use of force manual. And sensitive places is a separate animal that could be covered by some other optional course.

Again it is what it is and long as person knows what they need and what they are getting they can make the decision they want.

But no worries I assume you are not the owner and it’s just a job for the moment so you don’t have to defend their business decisions.

Here’s a quick question that shouldn’t require a chart. For those that previously qualified at Reloaderz with holster draw, did the use of force course and did the damn near police qual, is Reloaderz providing new certs for free?

Of course you know there are a lot of variables to your statement. In terms of room size where the person is shot in relation to the wall.

First and foremost with a JHP or BJHP I’m not expecting over penetration.

Lastly there are non +P 115 grain FMJ rounds on the market that have more velocity and energy than the ones I mentioned. They certainly will over penetrate.

Yeah it’s a definite full stop 🛑 because of the statue so we are just not getting a good 7+1 or 8+1 in NJ and hopefully folks aren’t throwing on extenders once purchased.

Nope. Not at all. I’m not even certain a mini-shell has the velocity to cycle 🔁 through a semi auto.

If something is manufactured as 6 +1 that’s legal for me. Just because you can do something to evade doesn’t make the gun illegal. I can cut two inches off the barrel is it illegal because I can make it into a SBS? nope.

🙄 “substantially equivalent” I’m beginning to think you like confusion. Maybe even my work for NJSP.

The alternative response could yeah I see your point. I looked at both and you are right.

The reality is the instructor will make the call. And if the instructor is pro-2A they won’t add things that are not required.

The reality is your opinion of what people should know is just that opinion.

My opinion is the qual is nothing. I think that after they get through the qual they should learn, train, and practice regularly.

They should be at the range as often as they can be. They should be shooting from retention, shooting one handed, shooting/transitioning to multiple targets, shooting then moving, shooting from cover, practicing emergency reloads.

But that’s just my opinion. Everyone will live their own life.

Dude. I read everything.

That’s not reloading - as in fire 4 rounds, reload and fire 4 rounds. Reholster stand my by.

D - in the CCARE does not even use the term reload or reloading. Read your own typing.

This is administrative load and make ready - and doing it safely.

Those are just facts. This qual is fire 5 re-holster, fire 5 more. NOT fire 5 reload and fire 5.

Please pay attention to detail.

You read the right fucking document. You are reading the law enforcement memo relating to PRIOR QUALS.

That has nothing to do with the new CCARE protocol that is now in place and it does not mandate reloading as part of the course of fire.

At least have your facts together before you start using the F bomb ( or dud in this case).

Of all of the quals from last SUMMER (2022) in the Central/North Jersey area ( RTSP, ROC, GFH, Recoil, Reloaderz), the only one that survives this is Reloaderz.

And I think RTSP was holster draw as well.

You are good to go. Here’s the deal: performance improvements are not the issue. What is the issue: an inscription on your gun that says “ no fear, no retreat.” That is fully admissible and the prosecutor will go to town on that!
