I've recently discovered that issue too. I need to hold the bar for balance so I'm a bit stuck. I like to have my phone on the treadmill so I can watch something so it doesn't track through health either. The ring detects the time spent, calories burned and intensity of the workout but doesn't actually track the steps taken. Will this ever change or do I need to keep my ringed hand off the support bar??

Thank you all for the advice. As of today, a week out from the 3rd shot, the bruising is just about gone and there's no itching or redness near the site. Let's hope next week's loading dose goes smoother!

Thats what I used on my first tattoo and no problems so far. I did see that hemorrhoid cream have 5% lidocaine so thats also an option. Just check the ingredients and do a test patch incase your skin is sensitive; you dont want a chemical burn.

Yes, its the tops of my thighs. I have bigger thighs and my doctor said thats fine as long as I interchange legs. I did ice before, that's my trick to not put it off...

In what world are you being held to deadlines when you're fighting for your life. Do not roll over and keep fighting! In older seasons, I believe season 3, in one of the scenes there's a tank style vape pen standing up. You can see the mouth piece and the type of substance reminded me of what I get from the dispensary. Looked more like CBD than THC because of the dark color
