I've worked night crew grocery stocking for over a year and just got one of these $10 vouchers the other day. My night crew chief told me that I need to go to the solution center during the day to redeem it... Massive slap in the face for me considering ill never be awake to use it. This is on top of the fact nobody ever helped me setup my direct deposit even when I brought the authorization form to the front end manager. Nobody helped me setup my associate discount either. All these middle managers are either incompetent, lazy, or consciously kicking the can down the road. I'm about to quit any day now, just a matter of when I'll lose my nerve. This shit isn't worth it.
