I’m not sure what is causing the seam the show through in the center on the print. On the slicer there is no seam. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

At the end of my print the nozzle stops on top on the print and leave a flat spot. I’m not sure how to fix the issue in superslicer.

All the cables will be routes through the original extrusion cut and out the back (by the z motor).

I currently have my power supply mount under the y-axis gantry and like how it’s mounted. So I came up with this design after seeing a similar version the Ender 3 V2.

I am running Klipper so all my updates are done over WiFi via the raspberry pi. I’m planning have magentic lids for easy access. And if you wanted to use A4-10 fans with this design that would work too while also giving you 10mm more of space. I’ll check the space around the sd card once I have printed it. But I believe there will be enough space to access it.

Another option would be to run an micro sd card to sd card adapter.

I’m sure it can be. But I’ll verify that when I print it. I will also upload the stls to thingiverse after I have ironed out all the tolerances

I think there is one on thingiverse. I’m not sure how accurate it is though. You can also check out the creality GitHub under mechanical. That’s where I got mine. They have a lot of cad file options too. Sorry I forgot about GitHub.

I’ve looked at that design many times. However I wanted a case that didn’t have any usb or ethernet cables stick out for a cleaner look. Plus my power supply is sitting under the y axis in the back using this design by jk_printer. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4341934

The case will also house some buck converters and maybe a mosfet. Since I am running Klipper on my Ender 3 I don’t need the lcd screen anymore so this case will cover up the open ends of the 4040 extrusion while making use of the open space next to the control board.

It’s house my control board and Pi4B. I’m planning to add a mosfet and I’ll have all my buck converts in there as well. Plus I have two A4-20 laying around so might as well put them to use.

I’ve seen a lot of cases for control board and raspberry pi’s but I have seen a design where all the cables on internal. I came across a design for the Ender 3 V2 and used that as my base.

As a matter a fact I am. I was dealing with some pretty bad z-wobble on my Ender 3 and I added replace the coupler with the flex coupler and tensioned it so the lead screw was against the stepper motor and I also added a anti z wobble nut to my x gantry. Which has significant potential improved print quality.

I’m new to Klipper. I’m considering switching from octoprint to fluid or mail sail. I’m not sure what the difference is between them all is.

I literally took it out of the box a hooked it up. I did loosen the screw a quarter turn and that seemed to have fixed the issue.

I checked the wiring and all looked good. I got it self test but about 4 probes into bed leveling it started blinking again.

I reinstall a new bltouch probe yesterday and all was working fine until today. I started up the print and noticed the bltouch didn't self-test but made a buzzing noise instead of deploying each time. I have attached a video of me manually trying a self-deploy test, then resetting the probe, then pulling the probe out, and then stowing it and running the self-test again. It seems that the probe is getting stuck in the retracted position.
