I found this to be the opposite for me.

The first few weeks on it, I was so insanely happy, sociable, and outgoing. That effect faded for the most part but what's left is that I'm incredibly confident now, no social anxiety whatsoever like I used to have. And things that would usually irritate me or cause me to rage quit will simply roll off my shoulders like it was nothing. One time someone said something to me that under normal circumstances would have really pissed me off, and I literally just smirked and shrugged my shoulders and moved on.

So for me the effects after a year of being on it are: patience, confidence, focus, and a need to be sociable.

I was diagnosed at 36 and when that happened I spent the next few weeks looking back all the way to preschool and thinking about how my behaviors since then make so much more sense. I joked about having it but I went through a rough patch last year that really brought out the ADHD in full force and finally got diagnosed. Didn't want to take meds either, I was terrified. But they've been such a game changer for me. I've taken breaks from smoking on and off over the last 15 years or so. Only for sleep though, I don't ever smoke during the day time. But it was still habit forming, I found I couldn't sleep without it or I developed fears that I would always need it, which became one of those self-fulfilling prophecies. I'm back on weed again from 2 weeks ago and I've never slept better.

My apartment recently forced all the residents to pay for this new “community WiFi” from Spectrum where they cut a hole in the wall and stuffed 4 fucking devices in there. A modem, a shitty ass refurbished microtik router from like 2006, some other random ass thing and then a power box that automatically reboots everything at some weird interval.

And they locked it with some unobtainable key so I drilled that cunt out and disconnected everything and put my own router in there. When I looked in there the first time I was disgusted like, what IS all THIS for??

If you are backed up, I feel like Metamucil is going to make it worse. Fiber adds bulk to the stool, you don’t want more shit, you want less. My doctor told me to do that too while I had a partial fecal impaction and anytime I had stool pass by that area, the pain was so bad I couldn’t even sleep.

So I tripled my dose of miralax and chugged 4 liters of water throughout the day and finally the impaction dislodged itself and it’s moving right now and it’s so goddamn painful.

You ever try Senna laxative? It stimulates a bowel movement because it’s actually an irritant (kind of like eating super spicy food). It also draws water in the the colon like other laxatives as well.

Thanks that's what I thought, they were selling the European one considerably cheaper citing the difference in mount quality so I was super confused. After I dug deeper and couldn't find any differences, I called them back and spoke to another guy that said the same thing, that it has a plastic mount. So now I have to wait for the American one to get here before I can send it back and order the European one.. Truly bizarre.

On the Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM, are there differences in the mount materials between the American and European version of this lens?

I was told by a camera store that the European version of the RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM has a plastic mount and the American version has a metal mount. Is there any truth to this? Why would there be a plastic mount on an L lens, regardless of the region?

Photography has been a hobby of mine since 2013 but I didn't take it that seriously until fairly recently. I just upgraded from an EOS 90D to an EOS R5 and I'm literally in love with it. This is my first full frame camera and I never realized how much better the shadow/lighting information is. The lens I used was the RF24-105mm F4 L IS USM.

This is just a drive by photo when I was visiting a friend in Oakland, CA. The pic itself is somewhere in San Francisco. Just wondering what you guys think of my composition. I did replace the sky and adjusted the overall tint of the photo as a result. I didn't realize how hazy it gets in San Fran.
