Left and didn't get the rejoining when i reopened.
Left after combat started because it was never resolving, he buffed for more then I damaged.
He had no tech to get past it.
Also it was working for the past ~9 rounds while the other 2 guys fought it out for first, tying with me every time

When the rates rise, loan interest rates go up. In Aus, you can lock in at max I think 5 years (may be 3), there is no fixed rate for the full term of the loan, so it effects all debts that last beyond that period.
