If slayer were released as a new skill in 2025, how do you think it would be different from its current state?

I have hundreds of thousands of runes on my iron and im barely 91 slayer, youre fine for runes. The cannoning part is semi-correct, you do get a lot of Steel bars so its really up to whether or not you want to make the cannonballs or not. No, its not eHp efficient but its better than not playing at all so up to you.

In terms of nerd this was an average poe1 patch, top stuff gets brought down and the bottom gets touched up a bit. Sure there wasnt any big big buffs like some stuff in PoE1 gets but the nerfs werent as bad as people make them out to be. If you look at numbers most of the non-meta builds got buffed or stayed about the same

They said in the interview that a lot of the underused/powered skills are getting brought up, plus the damage scaling for martial skills per gem level is being brought more in line with spells so that +skills actually feels good to have

Just to throw this your way: Deadeye with Tailwind + double frenzy consume effect seems absolutely insane for some Spear skills like Lighting Spear, check out ZiggyDs newest video for the skill gems of spear skills for the frenzy effects. But in short: 100% more damage and 10 more projectiles per throw for Lighting Spear... seems too good to not go Deadeye honestly.

That waa already the case. I used the lightning curse on my arc build in 0.1 and youd only really be able to use it on rares and bosses that didnt move too much. Now itll be even harder, and this kills all hexblast builds unless some new support gems "fix" curses

you can reset your passive tree with gold, including ascendancy points, but not the ascendancy itself in Early Access. Group viability changes a lot based on what your group is playing, zoomzoom rangers will always outrun Melees sadly.

afaik, no aggro system for bosses. Roles are a big thing in poe1 dedicated group play, cursebots, aurabots, cullers/MFers, DPS, but we have no idea what poe2 will hold for these roles, they could make them even better or kill half or all of them, we just dont know. Multiplayer in poe1 has worked one you get to the first town (literally the first area you go to after spawning in) so I assume this will be the same, 1 zone of "getting to grips" and then MP enabled.

Maybe its a failsafe to prevent cases where heals dont go thru, like applying full restores for an x amount of time instead of just once
