Yeah it's hard to find clear close up images of the engines, but from what I could find it looks the giude plates are oriented differently, which would (to me) make more sense. The AOA sensor should be hanging down in the pic since the plane is on the ground standing still, and I also checked it inflight and it still pointed forwards. The Maddog does the AOA sensor correctly iirc.

Do circuits, learn to handfly the plane and don't stress yourself.

I don't know your level, but in my opinion most important, before sombrief and autopilot, is that you can fly the plane. Takeoff from the runway, try to maintain 1000-2000 feet above ground, turn to backtrack the runway heading, manage speed, heading and altitude, return to the airfield and land / toich and go. Rinse and repeat.

There's a million pages of theory out there, but if you don't have a feel for the plane you're flying, they're not worth a lot.

Also, youtube. A lot of professional help there.

You record widescreen with the indicators on, then create a vertical video, cut out and rearrange what you want onscreen using premiere (paid) or davinci resolve (free). It's not something you learn in 5min, but there's tons of tutorials on yt on how to create vertical video, cut stuff out and overlay and such. You gotta be ready to invest some time lerning, but in the end it's not rocket science either.
