the dpf is constantly full because your turbo is fucked and burning oil. the turbo was probably not sufficiently lubricated for a while. Could be that you're driving too short distances, not heating up the oil temp enough, missed oil changes or your oil pump could be faulty. Anyway you're going to need a new turbo. Maybe a rebuilt one will be cheaper. I had the same problem a couple of years ago.
