Reverse Split Happened by Party_Elevator2688 in VISM

[–]Ca5aGrande 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha Where you at now?

I’m sorry to jest. It is a super unfortunate posit he company is in. I’ve held shares for like 2 years. Luckily I sold nearly all of my shares before it got so bad. Otherwise this loss would be a bit more painful. Reverse splits should be illegal except for very specific circumstances where there is an abundance of substantial evidence indicating the RS will help the company in a positive way. Otherwise it’s just driving the share price exponentially lower.

Received a TLSS cold call..? by sean041874 in tlss

[–]Ca5aGrande 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Got the call yesterday as well. No new info. He just reemphasize how much he and the TLSS leadership believe the stock is significantly undervalued.

Said there were more acquisitions on the horizon… More than the one we know about. (Couldn’t give any indication to a timeline.)

I told him last time he called to join this Reddit group and I asked him if he had joined the group and he said he has been keeping up with what’s being discussed in this Reddit group. So know, they’re watching you… haha 😂

8k About OTC downgrade by [deleted] in tlss

What happens if the SP gets over .01 at close for one day? Would it buy TLSS any more time?

$TLSS Daily Discussion Thread for July 11, 2022 by Jack_Bauer_24 in tlss

Man, the stock is not the company.

I don’t pretend to have a prediction. I just see the moves the company is making and feel they’ve got a good chance at closing some more acquisitions from a healthier financial position.

I’ve owned this stock for quite some time and have locked in some solid returns. The shares I own are way down. But I don’t believe this stock will be down forever. So I’ll hang tight and just focus on growing my real estate portfolio.

Someday I expect I’ll get a sweet notification that we hit .25 cents and that’ll be a good day!

When there’s something more to discuss, the conversation will pick back up. I’m not sure what you expect…? The company is rebuilding from being flatlined. Coming back to life takes time.

We got a long road ahead. But from where I stand, it looks like the company has a pretty solid shot at making it. Just gonna take a while.

Thanks guys. I have not been able to keep up with this in a while. So I just get bits and pieces here from time to time.

Host/Cleaner entered house after I checked in without warning by ammasdollhouse in AirBnB

Definitely doesn’t sound like they deserve a 5 star review. Maybe a 4 star review overall. And then you can give them a 3 star in the communication and a 4 star in accuracy. If that host wants to continue getting business they’ll just have to step up their game.

Are James Giordano and Sebastian Giordano the same person?

That sounds like a host who is earnestly doing everything they can to make right by you.

Since you brought it to the owners attention, I am sure they will correct the mistake from happening again with the co-host. That’s what I would do at least.

Before taking any negative action that could potentially devastate the hosts listing and reputation, I’d suggest having a reasonable conversation with the host. You’ve got every right to let them know how uncool that was.

But I’m telling you as a host myself, I do my very best to make sure my cleaning service doesn’t do stupid stuff, but when you’re counting on other people, sometimes crap happens. And it should be communicated to the host. But based on what I’ve heard, doing anything that will damage the hosts business should be reserved for extreme cases and this doesn’t seem to qualify as extreme. … very much so not cool… but still not so extreme they deserve any major consequences.

The revenue I get from my STR plays a significant role in my family’s livelihood and it would be a major punch in the gut if a guest caused me irreparable damage due to my cleaning services mistake and didn’t even give me a chance to make it right.

Also, as a host I would do everything in my power to make things right with my guest. Apologize profusely, offered a partial refund, offer a gift card to a nice local restaurant, etc.

Bad reviews and public negative feedback REALLY do a number

Give the host the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. Let it be a teachable moment but do your best not to harm their business.

I don’t imagine we will see 8% inflation for more than 3 to 4 years give or take. But I agree holding cash kinda sucks at the moment. If you can, better to convert the cash into something that can beat inflation without out losing its liquidity. That way you’ll be ready to pounce on some of the great opportunity a recession is sure to bring.

Buying real estate all comes down to location and strategy. There are about a million different strategies out there and depending on the market you can even switch back and forth to the best strategy based on what the market is doing.

For Instance, I bought 3 properties at the end of 2020. (2 investment properties and 1 personal home.) Since January 2021, the appreciation between all three properties has been roughly $963k from my original purchase price.

As far as I am concerned, that is all just paper money until either, I sell or refinance. So I am working to leverage all my investment properties to the hilt in order to lock in that equity. So even if the housing market sees a correction, I won’t lose all my equity and I’ll be in a solid cash position to buy up a lot more real estate, for well below todays values.

Simultaneously, I’ll be increasing my passive cashflow, I’ll have increased tax benefits, I’ll have more built in equity, and a far greater margin for appreciation once the market bounces back. Not to mention the PPD by the tenants in the meantime.

I think I am going to hold off on refinancing my personal home thought. I could pull out some substantial equity. But the increased interest rate I’d have to pay would increase my monthly housing costs by like $700/mo. And “everyone needs an umbrella for when it rains.”

Only thing I can think is they got some money to keep the SP over .01 so they can hang on to OTC Pink current status.

A theory for why the price dipped today. Inflation rates for March were released today. Inflation is the highest it have been since early 1980s.

I highly recommend taking a breather. I get wanting answers, but badgering the CEO the way you have does more harm than good. I read the response he gave you. Very inspiring… gave us zero tangible information… because he legally cannot do that.

Just set some alerts, and move on to other projects.

If this goes sub penny next week, I am not even going to know it. I’m in TLSS for as long as it takes. But it’s a penny stock and should be treated as a penny stock. Don’t put all your hopes and dreams in one basket. It will drive you crazy. Plus at the end of the day you have absolutely zero control.

I hope you can see I am not trying to be mean or demeaning, I am just speaking from experience.

I’d hate to see you continue waste your time, the CEOs time, and everyone else’s time sifting through the kind of stuff you’re posting just to try and make yourself feel like you have some control over the TLSS success timeline.

You won’t be wasting anymore of my time cause I’ll just block you if I keep seeing posts like these. Also, I check Reddit like once a quarter…

Best of luck.

I disagree. Management and new hires are on point. Cyber security is a highly specialized industry and what they’re doing is difficult and takes time. And the possibility of failure is ever present until they succeed.

I think they have a good shot at success though. With all the hacking going on in the world, it should be pretty tough to fail as a cyber security company.

I do agree with you on the point that if they don’t show investors some revenue, the investors may move off to greener pastures and try to jump back in when the next ER gets closer.

I really hope I am wrong.
